Located in the coastal heart of Kannur, this multi-level contemporary villa demanded materials that resist humidity without compromising on sophisticated interior aesthetics. We utilized water-impermeable marine ply and multiwood substrates combined with sleek aluminium profiles.

The central staircase features custom-engineered stainless steel and toughened glass handrails that reflect the abundant coastal daylight into the double-height void. The modular kitchen anchors the ground floor with seamless handle-less fronts and durable quartz counter surfaces.
