Conceived as our flagship residential showcase in Ulikkal, this home reflects the studio’s signature approach to quiet luxury. Every partition, false ceiling shadow gap, and bespoke storage volume was custom-engineered to withstand Kerala’s tropical seasons while maintaining clean architectural purity.

The ground floor opens with expansive spatial continuity from the formal living area into a light-filled dining pavilion. Custom marine-ply and multiwood cabinetry provide timeless monolithic geometry, accented by integrated warm 2700K ambient cove lighting and hand-finished architectural finishes.
